used DCUC wings, sculpted leg / foot armor out of apoxy.
Sculpted feathers and mane out of apoxy.

I love this! The feathers on the head and around the collar are really well done. The wings and the feet look great, too.

Is there a particular look in the comics that inspired this? Or, is it all original?

The suit is a mix of the Original costume and the Ultimate Spiderman one. The headsculpt is based on the look of the Elephant Vulture in nature, which can have plumes of feathers on its head.
