Staying with my theme of random villains, here is an old school Batman villain Clock King! Not the one from the Animated Series that wore a brown suit and a derby hat. This is an older version that Batman used to take on. He is Johnny Quick base with a resculpted Killer Moth Head. The cape is from Batman Unlimited Catwoman. Hope you like!  Please wait... |
