I've been wanting to make another Nightwing but in his series costume just got around to doing it! Basically repainted his entire body and added blue details. His glove tops are painted vinyl sewn then glued into place. His boot tops are also sewn vinyl. The sticks are small plastic tubes with silver paper over it and t-shirt paint seals the open ends. Finally his mask is cut vinyl with clear plastic straps and is removable.
