Gibraltar is from Ovacron Six and is the little brother of Green Lantern Hannu.If ever there was a black sheep(or black rock) of the family Gibraltar was it. He was peace loving he believe in solving fights with is intellect not his fists.That's how he meet his best friend Rune.Rune is smaller then most Ovacron Sixers a group of boys was picking on Rune,Gibraltar stop the group of boys just by simply talking to them and showing them the error of their ways. Rune and Gibraltar has been best friends since then.As the years went by Gibraltar become a very well-known religious leader.One evening Gibraltar felt a calling that he must leave his home world and traveler to another planet and help spread his worlds of peace.On the eve of his departure Gibraltar sent time with his family and best friend Rune.At the dinner table Rune express his feeling to Gibraltar.How could Gibraltar leave him behind his best friend the only person that protected him.Who will protect him know.In a rage Rune storm out of the house and disappeared. The next morning Gibraltar said his goodbyes and boarded his ship. As Gibraltar reach the upper atmosphere his ship begun to malfunction for unknown reasons.Gibraltar sent out a distress call and ejected in his escape pod.The explosion from his ship sent the escape pod flying thru space where a meteor hit the escape pod and sends it hurling out of control into a wormhole.Hannu board a ship and went looking for his little brother.By the time he reach space he could no longer pick up his brother homing beacon. Hannu spend weeks looking for him but to no avail. Meanwhile Gibraltar found himself drifting through a strange solar system.Ever night Gibraltar would pray and ask why he was sent on a mission of peace to only end in his demise.On his 7th day of been lost in space a nearby planet gravitation pull the escape pod into it's atmosphere.There he crash in the middle of a great battle that has being wage for over a 100 yrs.As Gibraltar exit the escape pod and looked around the battle field at the carnage all he could is "All will be will".
