Here is the second member of the outlaws Arsenal! He was made from a DCUC YJ Red Arrow, robin head (resculpted hair & hat), Sculpted armor & details, quivers were cobbled together from fodder. The hardest part was doing the tattoos, I probably did them over about 3 times until I finally got a desired result. I hope you guys dig!
