Like most I wasn't happy with the head that Hasbro made for the Madame Hydra figure. I wanted try and give Viper a more attractive head, so I ordered a head cast of Marvel Legends Shanna. After a little paint work I think the Shanna head ended up working out pretty well for Viper.

Update: I decided to add a top dullcoat to Viper's costume.

The Shanna head is probably one of the prettiest female head sculpts that Hasbro has made. Speaking of which I would love to see them make a new Shanna on the Moonstone body, and they could use the same head sculpt.

I agree that the Shanna is one of the best female heads sculpted for the legends line. I would love to see it reused for another character, and for them to never used the Madame Hydra head ever again.

... Viper is drawn very attractive in the comics, so I don't know what Hasbro was thinking with that ugly head sculpt. I know they claimed it got pinched in production, but dang they should have caught that
