If i count all the "Toybiz Amazing Spiderman's" i've used to customize i probably could have opened my own toy store just with that toy alone.
Anyway i took the spiderman base and cut just below his calves and replaced them with M.L. Icon Silver Surfer's. The joint's dont fit flush so modifications with sculpt and sanding are neccessary. I removed right hand and replaced with a hand that could grip any weapon of choice. I also replaced 2 middle fingers on left hand so he doesn't have the web shooting hand anymore. Sculpted the visor on head and the rest is paint and military fodder...
All accessories are removable, even his backpack which also opens and is usable to carry other items.
