Well, I finally ran across this little guy on a "chance" stroll through TRU. I went ahead and picked up 2 so I could alter this one up good and quick. You'll recognize my signature pull through cape has been utilized once again. The cape is fitted right into that approximate area where it once hovered as a piece of rubber but this cape is now permanent and locked in from the inside.
