Had some leftover parts so threw this guy together using ROML Punisher and Steve Rogers head. Receded the hairline and added a fodder collar to shorten the neck and make him look a little less bobble headed. Design is based on Agent Coulson in shield gear on the Ultimate Spidey cartoon. Thanks for looking!
