Howdy all. Even though I'm not concentrating on Walking Dead customs, I thought this guy would be fun to make. Since I haven't seen any other attempts at him, and the fact that anybody that frappes the skull of a founding character without a second thought deserves his own figure, I present the leader of the Saviors, Negan! Upper half is HML Punisher with fully sculpted jacket and Jack Knight's collar. Bottom half is a stock bushwhacker. The Punisher head was cut and opened up in the center to widen it and then the forehead and hair was sculpted on. The face was restructured as well. Nothing too crazy but I think he represents well enough.
