This is I think my third Human Torch figure here on the realm. First thing I did was remove the flames so that I could resculpt the circle on his chest. I also fixed the hair since everyone can easily agree that was the worst part. I was originally trying to make the hair look more like the Icons version, but it didn't turn out right. Repainted him with black then drybrushed the blue. I think it turned out ok.
