I took a MU Psylocke and added epoxy sculpt for the tiara, top of the boots and the amulets. The whip is from an Indiana Jones figure. I airbrushed the paint and a little dry brushing in the face.

The stars were from a pack of stickers from a dollar store. I just cut them out a little smaller and painted over them. The chest plate came from a vest of a black spiderman figure from the kids line a couple years back.
