The first time I made this character it was one of the first customs I ever attempted. Besides not having ears, I didn't realize that version's fin was backwards. Anyways, I think I've gotten much better since then and love the way he came.

For anyone unfamiliar with the character, he was a minor villain who appeared in the pages of the All-Star Squadron during the 80's. Even though he only had a few appearances, I always liked the look of this character. And who doesn't like a thin mustache!

Sadly, this was a custom for someone else so I had to give him up. Now I need to go back and re-do mine. Hope you guys like him.
