Hello realmers,

here I wanted to show you an easy solution for a common problem on a great BAF figure.
As I learned in several forums and toy-collector groups a broken hinge in the helmet of Nemesis seems to be a common problem.
A lot of people solve this problem by glueing the helmet to the body (which will take away the articulation and the possibility of open and close the helmet.

I just simply drilled a small whole in the helmet with my dremmel were the hinge was broken.
Afterwards I took a small steel nail and clipped it of in a lenght that fitts.
I inserted superglue to the whole and stuck the steel nail inside.
To be sure I waited about one and a half hour for the glue to be really dry.
Now I could connect the helmet again with the shoulder part.
As You can see in the pictures the helmet can be closed and opened like he supposed to.

A solid and relativly easy solution for a common Nemesis problem done!

I hope some of You guys can use this in order to repair their Nemesis figure. ;-)

Comments are very welcome.

Yeah, just be carefull with the dremmel and try out the length of the clipped nail first before You glue it finally into it. These steel nails I had left over from fixing the thin backside of a shelf, by the way.
These nails have the size of 0,6 inches, maybe. So they are really tiny.
