Not a new idea for a custom Destro, but have been wanting to try it myself. Base is Mr Sinister. Ground away the hair and chest/forehead diamonds. Sculpting compound for the collar, belt, and covering the body lines. The belt buckle is a paper clip. Wrist rockets and grenades are fodder.
