Just a simple head swap with a B&B Kennedy figure whos head features a yelling/screaming mouth that I wish Hasbro had provided as a variant or extra head with the Black Bolt figure.
Dremeled off the hair & ears, sanded it down & painted Black

Had an extra BB fig, so sliced off the tuning fork & attached it to my yelling head version.
