Used Elektra for a base, have seen it used with great results from several others so wanted to try it myself.
Ground away some of the head wrap and used apoxy for the hair, belt buckle, shirt, pants, and then also for the fur collar on the jacket. The jacket is from Ann O'brien. Mr Sinister's cape was used for the belt and holster strap. Foam and a thinner rubber band to complete the holster. Fodder gun. Cut the index finger from the reach of the finger to better hold the gun. Decided to go with the blond version of Cover Girl as I thought there were plenty of red heads in the Joes already (blasphany I realize.)
