My previous Bane used the Duke Nuke 'Em body with the MM Bane head but I was not really satisfied with it. For one, this figure had regular pants instead of combat books and though it was now " it still did not tower over my DCC N52 Batman. So when I saw AvengerKiller's Bane I knew I had to try his recipe for myself, esp when I found the Diamond Select Gunner Jensen Expendables 2 at my local TRU.

Head and belt: MM DKR Bane
Upper body: NECA Duke Nuke 'Em
Lower body: Diamond Select Gunner Jensen Expendables 2
Chest straps: First aid tape

It was a really easy custom! Once you do the boil and pop method to separate the torsos from the legs on the respective figures they fit perfectly, especially once you cut out the DKR Bane Belt and attach it (the belt is not long enough but the missing space is in the back so it does not worry me for diaplay purposes. Some of you may have creative ideas on how to fill that space).

I cut strips of first aid tape, painted them brown and penciled in the lines to give it a textured look. I think it gives it a more militaristic feel and more in line with the movie Bane. However, I also kept the hose I had put on my first Bane that originally came with my DCD Bane. I glued it on to his left hand and along his arm to serve as a Venom line as in the comics.

The brown wristband along his right arm was made of plumbers tape painted dark brown. I painted his shirt an olive green with some black drybrushing
