Always wanted a Count vertigo figure, just figured Mattel would eventually make him. But with Unlimited Batmen at retail, and only 12 subscription slots, the odds of getting everyone I want have gone down a lot. So I've decided to start doing some less obscure characters because I'm tired of Matty dragging his feet. Besides Green Arrow could really use some villain representation!

Werner was made using a DCUC Aquaman figure with a little sculpting for the mask. The cape was from Martian Manhunter (which proved to make things interesting since MM is a wider-shouldered character). The right hand came from Obsidian. I think it adds a nice touch considering his powers.
