Basically just a headswap with a Cobra Commander and a Movie Red Skull head. The recipe is very common, for good reason though I think, it just looks really good done right. The red armband does have a swastika on it, it was simply just a slip of paper I painted and added the emblem with a very fine tipped marker on. I did have some pause making something like that but RS was a nazi so the uniform didn't really feel right without it. As it sometimes goes the first version was the best version I think.
