Here's the "Evil Master of Disguise" Zartan and his Chameleon. I took a "Pursuit of Cobra" approach and took some liberties with an update while still trying to stay true to the theme of the original design. Zartan's Chameleon "changes" from a trike to a hovercraft for tooling around the swamp.
