I was trying to build my collection of Arkham Batman Figures and found that several of them were very expensive, this is one reason I started customizing. I did not have a Zsasz so I figured I would make one. During the process my wife bought me one (woo hoo so I put them together for comparison.

I started with Drax the Destroyer, painted the whole figure, added leather to the belt, arms, back and neck, apoxy sculpted those areas for durability, then added the chains to the wrist, back of the neck and front belt, lastly, added the counting strikes on the forehead and body. I was unable to find little padlocks and my sculpting skill is not good enough to make them yet, but I am trying.

Other than the pants I think I did pretty good with the likeness.
