What material did you use for the wings?

You can use foam, give it a wash with watered down glue so you can paint them. Heat them up, flex them into shape, let them cool off so they stay that way

Or, glue a wire along the rim of the wing, then glue another layer of foam on it to cover it up, now theyre poseable.

Just some ideas

I used styrene. I drew the wings on paper then traced that onto styrene. I curved the styrene very carefully before cutting it out, then used a hobby knife to cut the wings carefully and scored along the feather lines. I then cut the different sections of the wings and layered them on top to give it some depth before attaching it to removable backpack.
