I'm gonna quit saying these are for the same customer and just mention it when it's NOT for him, he's got me doing so many figures! Anyway, here's Count Vertigo. For this one I used Black Lightning's body, Indigo Atom head, and cape from Alan Scott GL. The cape on this one was a beast, I do not want to do another one of these!

Thanks man, I wasn't sure what head to use but I saw a piece of fan art that had a head that looked really similar and I liked it, so I went with it. Plus, I was just glad to find a use for that head.
