Hi..Vic Veins here with another Street Fighter 1 custom.The first fighter from Japan...Retsu.I started off by using a sota Gen base,then I sculpted a chest over original gen shirt to give him a little size.I cut off Gen feet and replaced them with wwf jimmy "superfly snuka" feet (dont as me why,it was the only bare feet I could find at the time lol).Next I used ML professor X head and modify him to look like Retsu.For his Gi,I took it from sota ken then repaint retsu outfit Black and 3 shades of gray and he was done.
