I don't dislike the Marvel Legends Valkyrie, but I wanted to see the character on a bigger, more powerful frame such as how comics greats such as Art Adams have depicted her. Some of his art is in fact the visual reference I used for this version of the figure. It's mostly a LCBH Ann O'Brien with lots of sculpting and fabricating. You're truly an eagle eyed customizer deserving of a No Prize if you can determine where the braids come from :D.

She turned out beautiful, ayelid! I agree with you in that Valkeryie should tower over other Marvel Legends female figures.

Thanks much, NeCro. Now I need a Thundra for her to fight! And a Titania, and a Volcana, and an Enchantress, a Sif !

Thanks. I'd like to brag and say, yes, I sculpted the intricate little braids, but no, I didn't. I didn't sculpt the non braided portion of the hair, either; it's the hair from the Hasbro Val.

Great work! I'm making a Valkyrie as well, so I'm gonna guess the braids came from where I got mine. Possibly Street Fighter Cammy? I'd sure love to have a No-Prize for the trophy case! She looks outstanding my man!

Thanks, BH. The braids I used are from the Toybiz X Force Krule figure. I had it around as fodder for years, and was actually going to use it as a belt on another figure, and then I noticed it would work good for her braids.
