Went with a common base for Ch'od, used Green Stuff for the chin/mouth, claws, and also to help hold the fins in place. The Fins are actually Falcon wings. Foam/toothpaste foil for the belt/buckle. Posted Cr'reee in the Small Fries contest, may need to revisit that one.
