Another one off to the collection of Zero_HP. This time it's Toxin in his original form. I thought this guy would be fairly easy but the base threw up challenge after challenge. First up was getting rid of all the web lines which involved sculpting, sanding, painting then doing the same all over again to make sure they wouldn't be visible on the end project so yeah lots more work than anticipated but i'm happy with the results and look forward to seeing him in Zero's symbiote collection. Here's the recipe:

Recipe:
Base = SMC Spiderman, fully sculpted over web lines and sanded smooth.
Head = Fully sculpted over SMC head.
Hands = 2011 Thundercats Mumm-Ra.
Knees = ML Wasp.
Lower legs and feet = Sinister 6 Venom, reshaped and resculpted.
Painted and sealed with Games workshop products

This is my first time i used the new games workshop paints and I gotta say although I was sceptical at first for the need to change i think they really improved on a product that already really good.
I have one more custom from the spider family coming up but for now we'll keep that one a secret.

UPDATE
Forgot to mention that I finally found a use for those transparent tubes you get on the end of new paintbrushes (other than keeping bristles straight). The wasp knee joints didn't quite match up with the spiderman pegs so I used thin slices of them to pack the holes and make them the perfect size.
