I have never been that happy with the Face-off Red Skull. Always felt that costume was not the best representation of the Skull, especially considering how sought after the Face-off Cap is. I swapped out the weird arms with arms from ROML Bucky Cap, gave the figure body a total repaint with lots of drybrush and wash accents and then modified the coat from a Matrix Neo and gave it the same shading textures as the black and greys on the figure. Finally I sealed him up with Krazy Glue and Mod Podge. Pistol is from Neo, sword and scabbard from LotR fig and Cube I borrowed from my cosmic figures (I sculpted from Fix-it awhile back). I think all of this gives the figure a much better Marvel Now type of look. Thanks for checking out my work and God Bless!
Thanks much brother! Adding the trench coat was basically a "requirement"
I felt the Bucky Cap arms were so much more effective. The stock hands on FO Red Skull are quite awkward for holding anything; they really should have gone with individual finger articulation like on the Bullseye mold figs.
