This is a complete repaint of the iron man 3 mark 42 figure. The figure was sprayed champagne gold, then given a clear coat of red. 2 different shades of gold were used to give certain parts a weathered effect. Black washes and silver detailing were added in for the battle worn effect. No sculpting was done, all damage was painted.

hey spideycustoms nice custom hey dude is it okay if I repaint my mark 42 iron man yellow instead of gold because I can't find any gold acrylic paint for it only yellow pls help me man thanks

This paint job is super sick but it's a fact in the movie every time the mark 42 got hit it kinda fell apart so I don't think it woulda survived long enough to get damaged like that. Again sick paint job

Haha true which was a little weird because tony stark took a few hits in the mark 42 and it didn't fall apart in the film.
