War Skrull is a Super Skrull type character based on the Secret Invasion story from 2008.
This figure uses the Skrull head and trunk combined with Hercules' legs and X3 Colossus' arms.
He's armed with a sword and shield taken from the Black Knight.
The 'skirt' and 'sword belt' are from my fodder but I'm not sure from exactly who.
The belt might be from a Pirates of the Caribbean figure.

The legs might also look good with the flesh tone part painted purple to match the hip joints.

I think you should have painted his legs green to match his face (while I suppose he could, why would a Skrull walk around with human-flesh-toned legs when he's not in disguise?), but, other than that, it's a solid design.
