I realize GI Joe started in the 60s but I would like to start by saying, for me, GI Joe means the cartoon from the 80s. Loved it even though no one ever really was hurt. My favorite character was Shipwreck, always had a comeback, a smart aleck. Used a movie Punisher for the base. Ground away some of the hair and sculpted in the cap and shirt. Swapped out the hands for Madman's gloved hands. Tamiya and Testors for the paints. And of course what would Shipwreck be without Polly. I have half a dozen Redwings laying around with not a lot of options for using them. Cut off most of the beak and sculpted a parrot beak. Same paints, both sealed with Dullcote.
