This is a custom of the New 52 rebooted "Year Zero" style Red Hood gang leader, which may or may not be the Joker before his accident. It's mostly a repainted Question with some new parts. The base is from a DC Direct Robin figure with a bunch of playing cards I added. You can spot a "Dead Man's Hand" on the base :)  Please wait... |
