The sleeper a long awaited character I've always wanted to do. A cpt. america villain. So obscure and seldom seen. One of those jack kurby creations what makes you scratch your head.

I wanted to build my cap villain gallery. He fits in nicely.
This figure was made from ms juggernaut with lots of apoxie sculpt.
