Nebula is a space pirate and mercenary from the Marvel Universe who often fought with the Avengers. The base body is a DC Universe Classics Star Sapphire Wonder Woman, with the old costume details on the torso sanded down and new ones sculpted. The lower legs are from a DC Universe Classics Donna Troy. The hands and wrists are from the old Toybiz Marvel Legends Elektra with sculpted gauntlets. The head is a DC Universe Classics Modern Cheetah with sculpted hair. The gun is a cast of Marvel Legends Forge's pistol.
As a character, Nebula's got a pretty pedestrian design, other than her blue skin, but there's something to be said for doing "normal" well. Your rendition of her is very clean and well executed. An alternate, Infinity Gauntlet hand, or a swappable bald head, would have been fun accessories to include to shake things up a bit.
