D/O/B 12/03/2007 I used a variant green goblin head (Norman Osborn) and put him on a Prof. X body. I sculpted the hair and the "bell bottoms" on the bottom of the legs, and glued plexiglass on the bottom of the shoes to create the platform shoes. Sanded off the regular tie, the sculpted the bowtie and flower on the lapel, primed and painted and sealed. It seems like I did 15 coats of white ( it was probably closer to 5 or 6). I think this is my best custom to date. Let me know what you think.
Thanks guys, for all the comments. I really appreciate them. To tell you the truth, I never even thought about the holes in his back. Maybe I'll take the extra wheelchair I have and make a big majestic chair with an " A " on it. lol I wish he was a little shorter too, but I didn't know how I could do that and keep his platform shoes and there was no way I was going to mess with the face. I thought it was perfect as is. I also now have a "what if Prof. X was the Green Goblin" figure. lol Anyway, thanks again.
You know, since I'm planning on making an Arcade figure myself, I've been on the lookout for Arcade customs but the none of the ones I've seen have reallt nailed the head. This is the best I've seen, great job man! Good idea for the head, but I think it could have been even better with some sculpted details like a pointier chin/cheek, and maybe a smaller nose. Great job on the body too, you really did get it white! Only nitpick is that he should be sliiightly shorter. But I really applaude your work, and thank you for the inspiration, I might very well use that head for mine now (if I can get one).
