Devil-Slayer is just one of the those low key Marvel characters that have been all over the place, but isn't a heavy hitter. He's been a Defender, a Revenger, and was even at one point considered as a replacement for Sorcerer Supreme after Doctor Strange lost his abilities. What really drew me to the character was his look from Marvel's Handbook. I liked the fact that while he was a mystical character, he still had a very super-hero appearance, even using the red yellow and blue color scheme. He was created using a Marvel Universe Gladiator body, an unknow Star Wars head, and the cape from Adam Warlock from the Thanos/Warlock 2-pack. His bootcuffs, gloves and costume details where custom sculpted.
