Started with a pretty weak looking Gambit. Swapped head for ML Deathlok head. Right lower arm and lower legs from SOTA Street Fighter Remy. Sculpted bones on chest, bandages on left arm and legs, bones on knees, ripped shirt, and (after much trimming and carving) bones on face. Exact-o-knife used to cut left pant leg. Thanks for looking.

Thank you. Most of my customs are made from what I find in my fodder bin. However, if I had a choice for a ghoul base I'd have to go with Sota Remy body, either DC UC Scarecrow or Commissioner Gordon jacket, and still...Deathlock head.

I used to have a Deathlok figure..you did a great plastic surgery job.Could barely recognize him until you mentioned it.

Some traditional figure collectors may not want to hear this but we break apart & destroy new & mint figures to create better one..we all are Dr.Frankenstein in the custom world
