Alright, let's get down to business. He's made up of 9 parts/pieces. Here's the recipe: Body: ML Steve Rogers. Lower arms: HoM Iron Man. Lower legs: IM2 War Machine. Chest plate: Halo figure. Belt: ML Face Off Red Skull. Cape: DC Direct Batman. The helmet is in 3 parts. Base: ML War Machine. The silvery crest thingy: Samurai Spawn figure. And finally the visor/"ears:" Well, it a Mega Bloks Master Chief helmet, hacked, and...well...there you have it.
