I used a Marvel Select Colossus. Using apoxie sculpt I smoothed him out and made his costume. His hip covers are made from styrene. A sentry cape made his cape bottom. The head was sculpted and cast in clear cast with a drop of orange dye in it. This allows the light I put in his neck to shine through giving the glowing effect of his head.
