He's also got fins running down his back and big pointy ones on the back of his forearms, which you can't see in the pictures,.. which may have been taken before those were added. The costume IS slightly altered from the original character, but appear as improvements, not detractions from the original. He still looks like the Rhino-like thug who just wants to leap on you and beat the snot out of you. That grinnning face just makes him look like he knows he can do it,... and will enjoy doing it!!

I own this figure. And it is not only the best overall custom figure I have ever seen, it is the best action figure I have ever seen in over 40 years of buying them. Rarely does a figure surpass what is drawn in a comic or cartoon. They usually fall short of what they seek to represent. This one BY FAR outshines the original character. THIS FIGURE IS MALEVOLENT!!!... both in appearance (with his new tricked out costume, with added retro sleek fins, finger claws and foot claws) and in attitude (with his positively GLEEFUL!! conceitful evil grin). I sent the head and body to this custom artist asking if he could alter and marry the two into a new overall whole figure. He has produced a entirely new whole better and completely different than I ever imagined it. The overall personality is exploding from within the figure!! He is so full of sinister attitude and self-confidence!! With that face and this body, he practically moves on his own without even posing him. It is a figure that is both a collectors piece, a toy and a character tribute,.. and at the same time poseable sculpture. For those of us who always wanted those wonderful static sculptures to be poseable and come to life (and possibly morph into your favorite character),... HERE IT IS!!! IT IS A MASTERPIECE!!! You have really outdone yourself with this one, Jeff!! If there were an academy award for custom made action figures? You would win it with this one!!! As you can tell, I can't praise this one enough. Nor this artist enough. He kept in close contact, sending pictures throughout the process and taking requests for alterations. Good Job, my man! Your the best!!!
