This is I think this is the best possible way go with this guy! unlike my other custom this one is %100 sota street fighter. I used Akuma head w/ sculpted hat. I used adon torso with sculpted vest and rubber-band straps for the overalls (grenades are from sota akuma)
Legs are sota guile (heavily sculpted) Guile arms with rubber-bands for the wrist wraps. I used A broken paint brush for his beat'n stick. I did a full on re-paint for this guy and he was done.
