This is really sloppy. I'm sorry but I'm not going to sugar coat this. You need to take more time with these and put in a lot more care and effort. Maybe use a smaller paintbrush to get finer details, use some sculpting tools if it's too hard to do with your hands. Or maybe try working with a bigger figure. That way you can get the details easier. I'm trying to say this as nicely as possible but this just isn't a good custom figure...
