Here we have a cool custom. (Sorry). ;).
He was molded from parts from Icons Silver Surfer, head from Human Torch, and belt from MU Giant Man.
All parts were cast in clear resin with some blue pigment added.

Thanks for looking.

Update. Chilled out on the blue pigment. Just added a trace. Finished off with a blue iridescent paint.
