mattel actually made The Clock King for us, unfortunately he looked nothing like he did in BTAS. I was used to it because I expected nothing but cheap half hearted attempts, with repainted bucks & blunders from mattel the entire JLU line. They did give me a pretty nice start with minimal work involved, though. The two episodes he was in he wore a different suit in each. I liked the black suit from " Time out of joint " so I decided to go with that. I repainted the figure to start & added the clock arms to his glasses. mattel also gave him two closed fists, so I used a hand from another figure that was in the parts bin so he could hold items. He really needed his clock arm cane, so I cut it from thin plastic. Used the hat from a Kenner TNBA Ready to Rumble Riddler. I hollowed the hat out with the dremel so it could be removed since Tempest Fugate always seemed to lose it in the episodes. It still fits on his head firmly & needs a little force to be taken off.
