mattel was so cheap in producing JLU figures that they just refused to make new parts. For the female figures, I think they only might have had 3 different bucks. So poor Harley got stuck with those stupid high heels. I guess this is more of a " fix " than a custom. I cut the high heels off the mattel Harley. Then I used the correct feet from a Kenner BTAS Harley, drilled some holes in them & inserted the feet less mattel Harley. Superglue has held them well.
