Hello, for my first custom/diorama ever on Figure Realm, I decided to make this Venom Base for any ML Venom figure (I plan to make a Venom based on concept art). It was made completely from scratch by various materials. I was inspired by customfig, his Ultimate Carnage gave me the idea for a similar base, but for Venom. The process was short, after assembling the base I painted it matte black; wasn't sure if I should dry brush over it with silver or something, but just left it black. Overall, I am happy with the result.. I'm a huge fan of many customizers in this community, and I hope I can get some support; Please comment and give any suggestions! Also I have more custom figures in progress, including a Spirit of Vengeance Ghost Rider. Thanks for looking
Sure I started out with just a piece of cardboard, from a box or whatever, but even foam board or anything sturdy will work just fine. Then I hot glued some stones and small twigs to the base. After that I used some bendable metal wire and punctured the cardboard and slid some of it inside so that it wouldn't come out; the webbing is from a Marvel Legends Venom (Spiderman 3), which I cut up and hot glued to the wires. After that I used the hot glue to bulk up the wires, as well as create the symbiote effects and drops. I also ran some hot glue on the edge of the base to smooth it out. Then it was pretty much complete, so I went on to painting it; I used a matte black spray paint over the whole thing, two or three coats to make sure it was all covered. Hope this helps -GHOST

I appreciate it man! Yeah I actually had one drip on accident I noticed, then I thought it looked cool...so I went back in and added more; It was a little difficult though because I had to cool the drip in mid air lol.
