Hello. This is my custom Acroyear of the Micronauts! He was made using a Revoltech giant robo 2 figure.First all of the prior armor details were removed with an x-acto knife and a dremmel tool. Then the new armor details were sculpted on, including the helmet. The "horns" are made of styrene. The sword hand is removable and there is an empty hand as well. The entire figure was hand painted and is fully pose-able. I've wanted to do this one for a long time but I wanted mine to be a little different. I hope you like him as much as I do. Excellent idea using a Giant Robo from Revoltech line, looks superb, the boots, the body, the helmet with horns, the paintjob...Everything! My favorite Micronaut of the team, the Spartakian King Acroyear! Very well done, as always!

That was a gift for Bill Mantlo himself! Theres an image of him holding it on-line if you can find it! Receiving that photo was one of my happiest moments ever! I hope to do some more Micronauts in the future too!

Incredible and what a lucky guy too to have a custom like that for free hehe. Oooh yeah I saw it mate! He's in an hospital, wow nice story, I know how you felt, I have a similar story, Paradise Lost is my favorite band I have a jacket signed by all members on the back, some photos with them and Mackintosh my favorite member of the band gave me a guitar pick and signed it then I had to take him to a music store to buy more picks as he gave us all of his picks, lol, awesome guy and the rest of the band too, I had no cd's as I had to be in school in that moment haha so they signed on my jacket as it was the only thing I had to be signed on haha. It was a special and happiest moment to me too.
