Hey welcome. Here is another flash villain weather wizard. This guy was the basic mu buck. I used punisher s head. I sculpted the hair. I replaced the neck joint with ghost riders. I even gave him a few weather effects. Well thanks you.

Yeah Thanos has already said but I think the same, Punisher's head works perfectly to make the Wizard, pretty cool job and nice painting!
