Here's an old one that never managed to post, but fortunately I found out that this Brat is on display at Steve Sansweet's Rancho Obi-Wan Starwars Museum in California. ^^ So I posted the only pic I took of him at the time along with a picture of where he and my Padme are now(highlighted with red), so geekily excited about that!!
Okay onto how I made him, his eyes were painted blue, and I created a Padawan braid that is glued into his hair. I decided to just paint the pants on, also the boots and added on painted detailed vinyl pieces to them. The top was hand sewn out of two materials, and then added black vinyl pieces to the front with a vinyl detailed belt. The saber is from a regular size Luke figure and that's about it.
